We have been with Berrymans Property Management since the start of the year and have been extremely happy with their services.
Sandra is extremely efficient and professional. She was able to find good tenants for our property within weeks, and we know the property is well looked after.

We have the best property manager I have ever dealt with in all of Australia and NZ. Our property is managed perfectly, Sandra is helpful, knowledgeable, proactive, communicative, friendly and nothing is a bother. The team she works with Katie and Lisa also hold the same standards. We could be happier with their services for our property on the Kapiti coast. Excellent!

I have been with Berrymans - specifically Vanessa Cranson for over five years. Vanessa was recommended to me by a colleague and over this period, Vanessa has navigated a multitude of matters regarding tenants and property maintenance and management in the upmost professional manner. I am fortunate to have Vanessa on my team!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I can't recommend Vanessa Cransen and the team at Berrymans Property Management enough. They have been absolutely fantastic throughout our tenancy. Vanessa is professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive, always taking the time to answer any questions and ensuring everything is handled quickly and efficiently.

What stands out most is the genuine care and respect she shows towards her tenants. She has made the entire experience smooth and stress-free, and it's reassuring to know we're supported by a property manager who truly goes above and beyond.

The whole team at Berrymans Property Management has been a pleasure to deal with. Their communication, professionalism, and commitment to providing excellent service are second to none. I would highly recommend Vanessa and the team to anyone looking for a property management company that genuinely cares about both their landlords and tenants. Thank you for everything!

We deal with Vanessa and she has been great. Knows the area and the market. To the point and firm but fair with tenants. Also very good at sorting out good tenants from the not so good ones. Very Happy.

Vanessa has been extraordinary in helping me getting into a property. The process has been simple and straightforward since day one and the communication has been awesome. Thanks also to Becs for showing the property and talking me through having my dog with me.
