Hi, I’m Lisa Berryman the director of Berrymans Property Management and I come with over a decade’s experience in the Property Management industry and experience selling real estate. I have a team of experienced Property Managers who all love property management and own their own homes.  This is important as a property owner is used to looking at the not so glamours parts of the home that get overlooked by tenants and inexperienced Property Managers.

We must know how to deal with any incident that can happen to the home or tenants. This maybe asbestos, rent arrears, contamination, floods, noise complaints and so the list goes on. Thinking on our feet is second nature to us.

As a Property Manager our job for the owner includes keeping the rent in line with the market, making sure the property meets the standards required to make it a safe and habitual home and keeping up with the necessary maintenance to keep the home in good repair and protect your biggest asset.
