Pet Refuge

Pet Refuge provides temporary shelter and care to pets while their families escape violence and enter emergency housing, where pets are often not allowed. Once safe and families have rebuilt their lives and found new pet-friendly accommodation, pets are reunited with their loving families, ensuring no one has to choose between their safety and their pet.

Pet Refuge believes every pet deserves safety and love, especially in their most challenging times. Their Safe Beds for Pets program provides temporary care for pets of families escaping violence. This includes a national transport service, veterinary treatment, a safe bed, food and bespoke enrichment and training programs so pets can heal from their trauma and be ready for a new safe life.

$25 gives a pet one night of care in the Pet Refuge Safe Beds for Pets program. But more than that, it offers families a pathway to healing and hope. Your support of Pet Refuge keeps pets safe and helps them continue providing a life-changing service for pets and families in need.
