Lisa Berryman is the Director of Berrymans Property Management, bringing several decades of experience in the property management industry, complemented by a background in real estate.

She is known for her strong organisational skills, efficiency, and practical expertise, and leads a team of experienced property managers who are committed to both the homes they manage and maintaining high standards of regulatory compliance.

Lisa believes that effective property management is built on clear communication, proactive oversight, and the careful protection of what is often a client’s most valuable asset. Her approach ensures that rental properties are managed in line with current market conditions, meet Healthy Homes standards, and are maintained to a consistently high standard.

She takes pride in delivering a professional, reliable service while fostering long-term relationships with both property owners and tenants.

Lisa is also passionate about supporting Pet Refuge, recognising that pets are an important part of the family, and that access to safe accommodation can be a significant factor in times of personal hardship. Berrymans is proud to support Pet Refuge. 

Vanessa oversees property management across Levin, Ōtaki, and the Kapiti region, bringing over a decade of experience with Berrymans Property Management & Rentals. Having been part of the business since its inception in 2016 alongside Lisa and Paul Berryman, she offers clients a rare combination of stability, consistency, and deep local expertise, delivered with a genuinely personable approach.

With a strong understanding of the rental market, Vanessa provides dependable, hands-on management you can trust. From carefully selecting high-quality tenants to coordinating maintenance and ensuring full compliance with Healthy Homes Standards and the Residential Tenancies Act, she manages every detail with precision and care.

Vanessa is committed to presenting your property to an exceptional standard, ensuring a seamless, stress-free experience where everything runs smoothly. Known for her clear communication and proactive approach, she builds strong, lasting relationships with both landlords and tenants, fostering positive outcomes for all parties.

Working closely with a trusted network of contractors, Vanessa ensures maintenance is completed efficiently and to a high standard, with transparency at every stage.

Sandra is a fully qualified with extensive experience in residential property management both in New Zealand and Poland. With over a decade of industry experience, she brings a high level of knowledge, professionalism, and practical expertise to every property she manages.

Sandra oversees all aspects of property management, including tenant selection, inspections, maintenance coordination, and compliance with Healthy Homes Standards and the Residential Tenancies Act. Her international experience provides a broader perspective and a practical, solutions-focused approach to managing properties.

Sandra is known for her organised, proactive, and detail-focused approach. She works closely with property owners to protect and enhance the value of their investments while ensuring tenants are well supported throughout their tenancy.

Building strong relationships with owners and tenants is at the core of Sandra’s work. She takes pride in providing clear communication, reliable advice, and professional service, making her a trusted and valued Property Manager within the Berrymans team.

Katie is an important part of the Berrymans Property Management team and works closely with Sandra to support the day-to-day management of our properties. Since joining the team, Katie has quickly developed strong practical skills and a good understanding of property management.

Katie assists with routine inspections, tenant communication, and coordinating maintenance, helping ensure our properties are well looked after and our clients receive reliable support. She is organised, approachable, and always willing to help, which makes her a valued contact for both owners and tenants.

Katie takes pride in learning and growing in her role and is dedicated to providing friendly and professional service as part of the Berrymans team.

Becs joined the Berrymans team in October 2025, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge from a successful career in banking and real estate.

She works as a Property Manager Assistant to Vanessa Cranson and enjoys the variety the role offers. Her responsibilities include conducting routine inspections, preparing properties for new tenancies, liaising with contractors, and writing detailed reports.

Becs approaches entering people’s homes with the utmost respect. She particularly enjoys the people-focused side of her role, supporting current tenants, showing prospective tenants through properties, and occasionally meeting with owners. For Becs, the most rewarding part of the job is helping match people with the right homes. She plans to complete the Certificate in Residential Property Management in the near future.

Becs works part-time and, outside of work, is a busy mum to two active children while also undertaking an extensive home renovation project!
